To explore the experience of people with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis living through COVID-19 pandemic.A qualitative descriptive design using semi-structured interviews.Purposive sampling was employed to recruit 13 participants attending respiratory department a large urban teaching hospital in Limerick, Ireland. Data were collected between January 2021 and February interviews, an online platform. Reflective thematic analysis used for data analysis.Four key themes identified from participant's pandemic: (1) fear contracting disease, (2) reduced social interaction, (3) adjustment relationship healthcare professionals (HCP) (4) navigating altered landscape.Healthcare have role protecting physical psychological health person during this time into future. Examining perceived social support post-traumatic growth (PTG) COVID-19 patients could facilitate our understanding of how maintain their health.To examine the relationship between level PTG discharged from hospital.This descriptive study was carried out August September 2022 with who were hospitalized due to a university hospital Erzurum at least 3 mo prior beginning study. completed by 196 patients.
