This study was done results direct examination official government documents using thematic analysis approach an analytical tool called Nvivo 12 Plus. able to show what Indonesian plans they could do build cities (IKN/Nusantara). findings map out six support systems, which priority plans, including urban safety security, livability life, services, environment sustainability, access mobility. This study presents a comprehensive analysis aiming to identify the implementation level of intelligent and environmentally friendly solutions (IEFS) in cities Poland, barriers impeding their development. Based on representative sample 280 cities, it was evident that IEFS Poland is relatively very low. The most common as indicated by representatives city authorities were high costs, lack adequate funds, awareness benefits resulting from applying IEFS. Nevertheless, regression analyses showed mostly affected cities’ population size perception individual integral elements smart concept.
