The epidemic has had a profound negative impact on individuals worldwide, leading to pervasive anxiety, fear, and mental instability. Exploiting these fears, significant amount of fake information proliferates spreads rapidly social networks. This study explores the factors that cause believe news under stressful fearful conditions by applying truth-default theory. Electromagnetic radiation (EMR) is integral to both the natural world and technological innovation, yet widespread misconceptions about its nature effects persist among public, educators, students. This comprehensive review examines these misconceptions, analyzing their origins–including inadequate education, complexity of EMR concepts, media misrepresentation, educators’ own misunderstandings–and impact on scientific literacy public health.
