A hydrogel nanocomposite comprising polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), and titanium oxide (TiO2) was prepared encapsulated in a double emulsion as pH-triggered delivery vehicle for quercetin (QC), an antitumor drug. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) used to estimate the size confirm stability of QC-loaded nanoparticles. The interactions between components, its crystalline structure morphology nanoparticles were characterized through Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), respectively. Drug loading encapsulation efficiency significantly improved after incorporation TiO2, which corroborates beneficial effect this component. In vitro release experiments indicated pH-responsivity nanocarrier, with higher amount QC released acidic medium than at neutral pH. Due presence emulsion, pattern sustained gradual both environments. Cellular including MTT assay flow cytometry conducted using U87 cell line compare anticancer activity free also performed on noncancerous (L929) assess potential side effects drug system. results obtained herein suitability developed nanocarrier efficient tumor therapy.

Cancer is one of the most life-threatening family diseases that cause death worldwide. As a highly researched and successful therapeutic agent, methotrexate (MTX) treats many solid tumours, hematologic malignancies, autoimmune illnesses. Despite benefits, induces drug resistance limits plasma half-life due to its poor pharmacokinetics. The variable biological availability have prompted researchers investigate innovative delivery strategies for enhancing qualities. To develop more suitable formulations, nanoparticles (NPs) recently gained significant interest. A wide range nanoparticles, including polymer-based carbon-based lipid-based as well inorganic can be deliver cancer chemotherapeutics such methotrexate. Loading into NPs provide system has shown great promise carcinoma therapy. In this review, we will describe feasibility NP-based in therapy, outlining current state art challenges/promises future.

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are utilized as nanocarriers to enhance the efficiency of chemotherapy drugs, including cisplatin, which exhibit limitations such side effects and resistance mechanisms. To evaluate role MOFs, we employed a molecular dynamics simulation, which, unlike other experiments, is cost-effective, less dangerous, provides accurate results. Furthermore, conducted docking simulations understand interaction between cisplatin MOF, well their internal interactions how they bind each other. Cisplatin MOF molecules were parametrized using Avogadro software x2top command in GROMACS 5.1.2 optimized by CP2K software; Charmm-GUI site cell cancer membrane. Three four stages at various pHs, followed simulated umbrella sampling. The analyzed pH responsiveness, total energy, Gibbs free gyration radius, radial distribution function (RDF), solvent accessible surface area, nanoparticles' toxicity. Results demonstrated that neutral level (7.4) has greater adsorption compared acidic values (6.4 5.4) because it displays highest energy (-17.1 kJ/mol), RDF value (6.66), shortest distance (0.51 nm). combination MOFs displayed increased penetration individual forms. This study highlights suitability identifies optimal for desirable outcomes. Thus, future studies with appropriate data conduct experiments assessing MOFs.
