Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is the most common subtypes of NSCLC. However, therapeutic effects for LUAD are unsatisfactory at current stage, so it important to find new molecular targets and strategies. circRNAs can regulate expression target genes by binding microRNAs (miRNAs) form competitive endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs). Therefore, we investigated functions circR-4225 in tumor progression its mechanism this paper. up-regulated tissues. EIF4A3, a member eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4A (EIF4A) family, promotes circR-4225. acts as sponge down-regulate miR-507, which up-regulation gene-tumor necrosis superfamily 11 (TNFSF11).
