Cytochrome
P450
is
an
important
enzyme
that
metabolizes
a
variety
of
chemicals,
including
exogenous
substances,
such
as
drugs
and
environmental
endogenous
steroids,
fatty
acids,
cholesterol.
Some
CYPs
show
interspecific
differences
in
terms
genetic
variation.
As
little
known
about
the
mechanisms
elephant
metabolism,
we
carried
out
comparative
genomic
phylogenetic
analysis
CYP
elephants.
Our
results
suggest
genes
have
undergone
independent
duplication,
particularly
CYP2A,
CYP2C,
CYP3A
genes,
unique
cluster
specific
to
species.
However,
while
CYP2E
CYP4A
were
conserved
other
Afrotheria
taxa,
their
decay
elephants
resulted
dysfunction
(pseudogene).
These
findings
outline
several
remarkable
characteristics
CYP1–4
provide
new
insights
into
xenobiotic
metabolism.

functional

blooms,

eutrophic
freshwaters
worldwide,

potential
hazards
to
ecosystems
and
human
health,

carp.

mention
changes
reveal
substantial
reductions
abundance
by
carp

cases.
In
particular,
a
whole-lake
experiment
Lake
Donghu,
increased
stock
effectively
decreased
<i>Microcystis</i>
blooms
from
coverage
87%
2021

2022.
Finally,
discuss
possible
factors
related
NTB��s
effectiveness
depends
not
only
standing
stock,
niche
divergence
shape
preference
fish
but
also
trophic
status
waterbodies.

escalating

we

proposing
innovation-based
solutions

paradigms.

past
research

evolution

science

assessment.

summarize
current
major
issues,
including
global
warming
climate
change,
biodiversity
loss,
land
degradation
desertification,
pollution,

relationships
with
achievement

Goals
(SDGs).

review
critically
evaluates

innovations
science,
technology,
engineering,
(iSTEP)
synergies
advancing
SDGs.
While
sequential

based
specific
contexts

iSTEP
framework,
each
component
reinforces
others,
fostering
continuous
improvement.

recommendations

perspectives

formulating
roadmaps.

Aquatic
eutrophication,
often
with
anthropogenic
causes,
facilitates
blooms
of
cyanobacteria
including
cyanotoxin
producing
species,
which
profoundly
impact
aquatic
ecosystems
and
human
health.
An
emerging
concern
is
that
eutrophication
may
interact
other
environmental
changes
thereby
lead
to
unexpected
cascading
effects
on
terrestrial
systems.

we
synthesize
recent
evidence
showing
the

(MCs)-degrading
bacteria

shrimp
pond
sediment
and
