This
study
was
designed
to
fill
two
main
research
gaps:
the
need
for
a
multidimensional
perspective
on
future
of
tourism
and
hospitality
(T&H)
labour
lack
studies
from
perspectives
key
stakeholders
who
are
representatives
organisations
involved
in
policymaking.
Therefore,
it
unveils
perceptions
policymakers
responsible
Portugal
towards
T&H
labour.
Following
an
exploratory
qualitative
case
approach
based
semi-structured
interviews
with
eleven
policymakers,
results
illustrate

most

challenges
COVID-19
pandemic

experienced
workforce,

sector.
However,
there
some
requirements
overcome

future.
Moreover,

were

mediation–moderation
model
theorizing

influence

employee
envy

psychological

LMX
SOOCB
relationship.
Using

employees

structural
equation
modeling

career
intentions
