(1) Background: A cesarean scar defect may cause localized inflammation of the endometrial tissue, and various researchers believe that presence a is associated with chronic endometritis. However, there no report on possible association between defects endometritis thus far. This study aimed to assess role having in person’s susceptibility (2) Methods: retrospective propensity-score-matched comprised 1411 patients were admitted Henan Provincial People’s Hospital China from 2020 2022. Based whether was present or not, all cases assigned group control group. (3) Results: Of patients, 331 matched 170 controls. All unbalanced covariates groups balanced after matching. Before matching, prevalence 28.8% 19.6%, respectively. After correcting for confounding factors, logistic regression analysis showed occurrence increase risk (odds ratio (OR), 1.766; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.217–2.563; p = 0.003). 20.5% Thus, even still remained an independent factor (OR, 1.571; CI, 1.021–2.418; 0.040). The findings consistent throughout sensitivity analyses. (4) Conclusions: results suggest onset

Abstract Aim To investigate variation in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic endometritis (CE) at national level Japan. Methods We performed a nationwide survey targeting all assisted reproductive technology (ART) facilities across Japan between 2021 2022. Diagnostic methods, criteria, first‐ second‐line protocols for CE were collected via questionnaire. Results Among 616 ART facilities, 437 responded to (response rate: 70.9%) which 339 (77.6%) implemented CE. In CE, 214 (63.1%) used CD138 immunohistochemical staining endometrial tissue, while hysteroscopy was most frequently as an adjunct diagnostic method (241 71.1%). The frequent cutoff value CD138‐positive cells diagnosing 3–5 cells/20 high‐power fields (50%), but 7.9% (17 facilities) 5.1% (11 values 1 2 cells, respectively. common methods doxycycline (210 61.9%) ciprofloxacin + metronidazole (164 48.0%), Conclusions There is considerable number Establishing unified criteria therapeutic essential provide standardized medicine level.
