Abstract:
Coleus
amboinicus
Benth.,
also
known
as
Plectranthus
(Lour.)
Spreng.,
is
a
perennial
plant
from
the
Lamiaceae
family
commonly
found
in
tropical
and
warm
regions
of
Africa,
Asia,
Australia.
Folk
medicine
employs
this
remedy
to
address
various
ailments,
including
but
not
limited
asthma,
headaches,
skin
disorders,
coughs,
constipation,
colds,
fevers.
Several
phytoconstituents
phytochemical
classes,
such
phenolics,
terpenoids,
phenolic
acids,
flavonoids,
flavones,
tannins,
have
been
identified
up
present
time.
Numerous
pharmacological
properties
crude
extracts
documented
through
both
vitro
vivo
studies,
antitumor,
antibacterial,

Abstract
Silk
fibroin
(SF)
is
a
natural
protein
extracted
from
Bombyx
mori
silkworm
thread.
From
its
common
use
in
the
textile
industry,
it
emerged
as
biomaterial
with
promising
biochemical
and
mechanical
properties
for
applications
field
of
tissue
engineering
regenerative
medicine.
In
this
study,
we
evaluate
first
time
effects
SF
on
cardiac
bioink
formulations
containing
spheroids
(CSs).
First,
if
addition

elastic
hydrogels
alginate
(Alg)
gelatin
(Gel).
Then,

bioprinted
SF-containing
hydrogels.
