Objective: The present research aimed to formulate, optimize and evaluate dasatinib monohydrate-loaded nanoparticles using the ionic gelation method as a potential anticancer drug delivery system for enhancing its dissolution rate. Methods: Box-Behnken design was implemented study effects of selected parameters chitosan concentration (X1), Sodium Tripolyphosphate (NaTPP) (X2), NaTPP volume (X3) on release from developed nanoparticles. Moreover, optimized formulation evaluated various parameters, including X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry, fourier transform infra-red, in vitro kinetics. Then, cytotoxicity executed via MTT assay leukemia cell lines (RPMI 8226). Results: results showed optimal conditions maximum encapsulation efficiency minimum particle size were low concentration, medium high volume. batch (NP-7) demonstrated promising with an 83.12±0.17%, 96.8 nm, cumulative 91.37±0.49% after 24 h. monohydrate higher when administered polymeric compared pure form. Conclusion: From this research, it can be concluded that enhanced loaded into

The World Health Organization identifies tuberculosis (TB), caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, as a leading infectious killer. Although conventional treatments for TB exist, they come with challenges such heavy pill regimen, prolonged treatment duration, and strict schedule, to multidrug-resistant (MDR) extensively drug-resistant (XDR) strains. rise of MDR strains endangers future control. Despite these concerns, the hunt an efficient continues. One breakthrough has been use nanotechnology in medicines, presenting novel approach treatment. Nanocarriers, lipid nanoparticles, nanosuspensions, liposomes, polymeric micelles, facilitate targeted delivery anti-TB drugs. benefits nanocarriers include reduced drug doses, fewer side effects, improved solubility, better bioavailability, patient compliance, speeding up recovery. Additionally, can be made even more linking them ligands mannose or hyaluronic acid. This review explores innovative treatments, including studies on containing drugs related patents.

A novel combination of antibiotic, ciprofloxacin (CIP) with herbal counterpart naringin (NAR) was encapsulated by an oleic acid lipid core and carboxymethyl chitosan (CM–CS)/Alginate (AG) nanoparticle composite (CIP + NAR–CM–CS/AG–NPs) for improved antimicrobial efficacy antibiotic. Herein, this study explored the design preparation a system that enables to deliver both CIP NAR from CM–CS/AG nanoparticles using nonsolvent ionic gelation technique. The (NPs) were fabricated long-acting activity against E. coli S. aureus. optimized composition investigated physicochemical properties particle size, distribution, ζ–potential. diverse array analytical tools employed characterize formulation including DSC, XRD, Malvern Zetasizer ζ–potential, TEM, SEM.
