Abstract Bioflavonoid myricetin-capped silver-selenium nanoparticles (Myr-AgSeNPs) are biosynthesized successfully by a green approach. The physicochemical properties of the Myr-AgSeNPs were characterized using SEM, EDS, and FTIR techniques. appeared as combined spherical rod in form with average size 100 to 600 nm size. EDS micrograph confirms appearance Se Ag carbon oxygen atoms, which suggests that particles have high purity. atoms correspond organic molecules (myricetin) attached on surface nanoparticles. results indicates functional groups myricetin AgSeNPs, coated anticandidal activity was examined based zone inhibition (ZOI) studies agar well-diffusion method. shows against tested candidiasis-causing Candida albicans is almost equal standard antibiotic fluconazole. Finally, this study might be good candidate for effective treatment C. albicans.

Natural products derived from plants and microorganisms have been extensively studied for their anticancer potential, over half-century. Herein, the therapeutic efficacy, feasibility, limitations of various natural drugs oral cancer treatment approaches published in "Oral Oncology Reports" past two years are discussed detail. Overall, this study highlights that carotenoid (astaxanthin), alkaloids (piperine), polyphenols (epigallocatechin-3-gallate), flavanoids (genistein quercetin), probiotic molecules (bacteriocin extracellular polysaccharides), marine peptides might be a promising drug cells. Most these highly biocompatible nature. However, further is needed field to bring along with other combinations real clinical trials cure cancer.

Biofilms often engender persistent infections, heightened antibiotic resistance, and the recurrence of infections. Therefor, infections related to bacterial biofilms are chronic pose challenges in terms treatment. The main transcription regulatory factor, CsgD, activates csgABC-encoded curli participate composition extracellular matrix, which is an important skeleton for biofilm development enterobacteriaceae. In our previous study, a wide range natural bioactive compounds that exhibit strong affinity CsgD were screened identified via molecular docking. Tannic acid (TA) was subsequently chosen, based on its potent inhibition effect as observed crystal violet staining. Therefore, aim this study investigate specific effects TA formation clinically isolated Escherichia coli (E. coli). Results demonstrated significant E. Ec032 by TA, while not substantially affecting ΔcsgD strain. Moreover, deletion csgD gene led reduction formation, alongside diminished motility synthesis inhibition. Transcriptomic analysis RT-qPCR revealed repressed genes associated with csg operon other biofilm-related genes. conclusion, results suggest one key targets inhibit formation. This work preliminarily elucidates mechanisms inhibiting could provide lead structure future antibiofilm drugs.

ABSTRACT More vertical service areas than only data processing, storing, and communication are promised by fog‐cloud computing. Due to its great efficiency scalability, distributed deep learning (DDL) across computing environments is a widely used application among them.
