Introduction Given the significant role of work engagement teachers in educational contexts, some scholarly attention has been directed to exploring predictors this construct. Against backdrop, study aimed investigate teacher among Chinese English as a foreign language (EFL) by testing model that includes self-efficacy, reflection, and resilience. Methods To achieve goal, 512 EFL were invited participate an online survey, which consisted four questionnaires. The construct validity measures was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis. Then, structural equation modeling utilized examine relationships between variables. Results findings indicated resilience direct engagement, self-efficacy had indirect effect on via reflection Similarly, also impact Discussion These results have important implications for education programs. significance these highlights importance fostering order promote their engagement. Nonetheless, majority previous studies employed traditional research methods assessing variables influences teachers’ learners’ health. Because complex dynamic approaches often fail to evaluate dynamic, non-linear connections with well-being. Accordingly, some novel are required measure dynamicity complexity settings. To address this call, current state-of-the-art conceptual article seeks provide new insights for investigating potential states. This study intends offer comprehensive list emerging take into account nature variables. Finally, outlines implications review researchers.

We tested an assessment model, by which teacher self-efficacy, perceived school climate, and psychological wellbeing at work, might predict teaching enjoyment. invited a convenience sample of 355 teachers English as foreign language (EFL) to respond four online questionnaires. used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) check the scales' construct validity structural equation modeling (SEM) test associations among variables. Our results showed that school-climate, were direct predictors teaching-enjoyment (FLTE). Teacher self-efficacy affected FLTE indirectly, induced well-being. School climate also indirectly influenced FLTE, mediated wellbeing, with predictor wellbeing. directly discuss implications these findings for teacher-education programs.
