The utilization of deep eutectic solvent as an alternative and environmentally friendly option has gained significant attention. This study first proposed a series benzylammonium chloride based‐deep systems for the extraction bioactive compounds from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. Through implementation response surface methodology, optimal was determined to be dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride–levulinic acid (1:3, mol/mol) with 35% (v/v) water, specifically tailored extract geniposide, genipin‐1‐β‐ d ‐gentiobioside, crocin‐1, crocin‐2 gardenia fruits ratio solid liquid 1:20 at 86°C 16 min. Their total yields could reach 70.6 mg/g, outperforming those obtained by other solvents corresponding techniques. Furthermore, system retrieved after first‐cycle extraction, then applied in subsequent progress, yielding consistent efficiency 97.1%. As compared previous traditional methods, quick, high‐yielding, green procedure achieved through simple heating settings that did not constrain instrument. Therefore, serve sustainable reusable efficient natural plant‐based raw materials. application demonstrated their potential designable stronger capabilities than organic solvents.

Environmental measures have drawn more attention recently as a means of identifying cost-effective, safe, and green approaches in analytical methods. As result, white chemistry was developed. Greenness, whiteness, chemical risks are all measured under the general expression "environmental measurements." For first time, greenness, risk-measuring programs presented along with their histories, concepts, advantages, disadvantages. The six scales that were published between 2020 2023, including Analytical Greenness Calculator (AGREE), Metric for Sample Preparation (AGREEprep), Complementary Green Procedure Index (ComplexGAPI), Red-Green-Blue (RGB12), blue applicability grade index (BAGI), Chloroform-oriented Toxicity Estimation (ChlorTox) discussed. Also, applications several methods been compared. Lastly, patterns future suggested. We hope this review is helpful analysts to stay up-to-date recent risk scales. Additionally, most appropriate procedure has chosen, applied, compared easily.

In this study, a magnetic deep eutectic solvent coupled with dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction using high-performance liquid chromatography (MDES-DLLME-HPLC) was developed to detect strobilurin fungicides. The green hydrophobic MDES synthesized by methyltrioctylammonium chloride, ferric and heptanoic acid used as an extraction solvent, which dispersed vortex separated external field. use of toxic solvents avoided, the separation time reduced. best experimental results were obtained through single factor response surface optimization. method had good linear relationship R2 > 0.996. limit detection (LOD) ranged from 0.001 0.002 mg L-1. recoveries 81.9-108.9%. proposed rapid green, it has been successfully applied fungicides in water, juice, vinegar.
