Through a topic modelling analysis using user-generated data from TripAdvisor employing the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm, 20 attributes of are identified grouped into three categories five dimensions. As economic growth and societal shifts reshape urban environments, cultural creative industrial parks are emerging as vital contributors to sustainable development. The design of these landscapes plays a pivotal role in enhancing user satisfaction, increasing spatial attractiveness, promoting eco-friendly practices. This study examines visitor landscape perception preferences the Textile Garment Cultural Creative Industrial Park, located Haizhu District, Guangzhou, through novel methodology combining user-generated content (UGC), deep learning models, outdoor electrodermal activity (EDA) measurements, questionnaire surveys. UGC-based recognition model achieved an accuracy 86.8% was validated against captured questionnaires. Results demonstrate that visitors prefer areas featuring landmarks natural elements, while spaces dominated by human transportation infrastructure less favored. Key such signage, thematic sculptures, brand logos, trees, were identified highly preferred features within park. While EDA experiments revealed significant variations physiological responses across different settings, no strong correlation observed between indicators subjective scores. integrative approach enables comprehensive, objective assessment perception, providing data-driven, user-centered framework for improving parks.
