Intestinal coccidiosis is a serious parasitic disease in poultry. Amprolium hydrochloride(AMP) widely used for the treatment and prevention of coccidiosis. Three simple green spectrophotometric methods have been developed assay AMP bulk powder dosage form. The first method relies on measuring derivative (D1) spectrum at Δλ= 3 nm AMP. This D1 possesses characteristic peak 234 nm. second difference spectrophotometry (ΔA) its (ΔD1) spectra drug solutions 0.1 N HCl against corresponding NaOH. value amplitudes ΔA ΔD1 (∆λ = nm) were measured 248 240 nm, respectively. third involves colorimetric reaction with KMnO4 alkaline medium colored product 610 validated accordance ICH guidelines evaluated greenness using three metrics; Analytical Eco-Scale (AES), GREEness calculator (AGREE), Green Procedure Index (GAPI). All proposed showed excellent simplicity as they don't require sophisticated instrumentation or tedious analytical procedure steps.
