Additionally, 28.3% surveyed had dietary diversity. Among children, 50.6% stunted, over third underweight, 15.8% wasted, indicating severe deficiencies. adults, 28.4% overweight obese, significant number underweight. Food security is one of the important issues in current world development process. The article takes 31 provinces (districts and cities) China as research object constructs a multidimensional food level evaluation index system from four dimensions: quantitative security, nutritional ecological capacity security. Using entropy method, China’s was calculated for ten-year period 2013 to 2022. Overall, showed an upward trend during decade, with Shandong, Heilongjiang, Henan having highest distribution dynamics its spatiotemporal evolution seven regions were examined using Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition, absolute conditional convergence different areas verified. results study show that within East have largest gap levels between them, there β-convergence. Looking at whole, characterized by significant convergence, which means low will faster rate growth than those high resulting gradual narrowing provinces.
