Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) are novel drugs that exploit the specificity of a monoclonal antibody (mAb) to reach target antigens expressed on cancer cells for delivery potent cytotoxic payload. ADCs provide unique opportunity deliver tumor while minimizing toxicity normal tissue, achieving wider therapeutic windows and enhanced pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic properties. To date, nine have been approved by FDA more than 80 under clinical development worldwide. In this paper, we an overview biology chemistry each component ADC design. We briefly discuss experience with various pathways involved in resistance. conclude perspectives about future next generations ADCs, including role molecular imaging drug development.

Abstract Constructing three‐dimensional (3D) structural characteristics on two‐dimensional (2D) covalent organic frameworks (COFs) is a good approach to effectively improve the permeability and mass transfer rate of materials realize rapid adsorption for guest molecules, while avoiding high cost monomer scarcity in preparing 3D COFs. Herein, we report first time series colyliform crystalline 2D COFs with quasi‐three‐dimensional (Q‐3D) topologies, consisting unique “stereoscopic” triangular pores, large interlayer spacings flexible constitutional units which makes pores elastic self‐adaptable transmission. The as‐prepared QTD‐COFs have faster (2.51 g h −1 ) iodine than traditional COFs, an unprecedented maximum capacity 6.29 . excellent performance, as well prominent irradiation stability allow be applied removal radioactive iodine.

Targeted anticancer drugs block cancer cell growth by interfering with specific signaling pathways vital to carcinogenesis and tumor rather than harming all rapidly dividing cells as in cytotoxic chemotherapy. However, RECIST is sometimes inaccurate assessing efficacy targeted because poor correlation between treatment-induced necrosis or shrinkage. Abstract Considering the importance of sustainable nuclear energy, effective management radioactive waste, such as sequestration radioiodine has inflicted a significant research attention in recent years. Despite fact that materials have been reported for adsorption iodine, development adsorbent with significantly improved segregation properties widespread practical applications still remain exceedingly difficult due to lack proper design strategies. Herein, utilizing unique hybridization synthetic strategy, composite crystalline aerogel material fabricated by covalent stepping an amino-functionalized stable cationic discrete metal-organic polyhedra dual-pore containing imine-functionalized organic framework. The ultralight hybrid exhibits large surface area hierarchical macro-micro porosity and multifunctional binding sites, which collectively interact iodine. developed nano-adsorbent demonstrate ultrahigh vapor aqueous-phase iodine capacities 9.98 g.g −1 4.74 , respectively, static conditions fast kinetics, high retention efficiency, reusability recovery.
