Increasing
evidence
has
demonstrated

amyloid-β
peptide

is
demonstrate

Nobiletin
significantly
ameliorated
Aβ25–35-mediated

abnormal

morphology,

caspase.
Regarding
anti-inflammatory
responses,
nobiletin
suppressed
interleukin-1β,
tumor
necrosis
factor-α,
nitric
oxide

prostaglandin

production

Aβ
stimulation.
Moreover,
inhibited
Aβ-stimulated
inducible
NO
synthase
cyclooxygenase-2
expression,
was
attributed
blockade
factor-κB
p65
phosphorylation

inhibitor,
IκB-α.
Interestingly,
decreased

c-Jun
N-terminal
kinase
p38
without
affecting
extracellular
signal-regulated

activation.
