Background IgA nephropathy (IgAN) is a leading cause of renal failure, but its pathogenesis remains unclear, complicating diagnosis and treatment. The invasive nature biopsy highlights the need for non-invasive diagnostic biomarkers. Bulk RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) urine offers promising approach identifying molecular changes relevant to IgAN. Methods We performed bulk RNA-seq on 53 samples from 11 untreated IgAN patients healthy controls, integrating these data with public RNA-seq, microarray, scRNA-seq datasets. Machine learning was used identify key differentially expressed genes, protein expression validated by immunohistochemistry (IHC) drug-target interactions explored via docking. Results Urine analysis revealed differential profiles, which TYROBP HCK were identified as biomarkers using machine learning. Rapid and accurate detection plays a critical role in improving the survival prognosis of patients with cardiovascular disease, but traditional methods are far from ideal for those suspected conditions. Metabolite analysis based on nanomatrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (NMALDI-MS) is considered to be promising technique disease diagnosis. However, performance core nanomatrixes has limited its clinical application. In this study, we constructed 3D flower-shaped cages controllable structured metal-organic frameworks iron oxide nanoparticles low thermal conductivity significant photothermal effects. The elongation incident light path through multilayer reflection significantly enhances effective absorption area nanomatrixes. Concurrently, alternating layered structure confines energy, reducing losses. Moreover, increases affinity sites, expanding coverage. This approach effectively ionization desorption efficiency during LDI process. We applied technology analyze serum metabolomes myocardial infarction, heart failure, failure combined achieving cost-effective, high-throughput, highly accurate, user-friendly diseases. Subsequently, deep detected fingerprints via artificial intelligence models screens potential metabolic biomarkers, providing new paradigm diagnosis

Bladder cancer (BC) is a common genitourinary malignancy that exhibits silent morbidity and high mortality rates because of lack diagnostic markers limited effective treatments. Here, we evaluated the role lncRNA brain cytoplasmic RNA 1 (BCYRN1) in BC. We performed loss-of-function assays to examine effects BCYRN1 downregulation T24 BOY BC cells. found significantly inhibited proliferation, migration, invasion, three-dimensional spheroid formation ability induced apoptosis Additionally, gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) using sequences from tumor fractions showed decreased expression mRNAs associated with cell cycle. These findings were supported by observations G2/M arrest flow cytometry assays. Finally, examined serum exosomal as biomarker. Clinically, exosomes patients (n = 31) was higher than healthy donors 19; mean difference: 4.1-fold higher, p < 0.01). Moreover, who had undergone complete resection BC, levels 8). Thus, may be promising marker therapeutic target
