Abstract Background The relationship between triglyceride glucose-body mass index (TyG-BMI) and mortality in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) are still unclear. This study aimed to investigate the association TyG-BMI all-cause cardiovascular among DM United States (US). Diabetes mellitus, an epidemic with a rapidly increasing number of patients, always leads to delayed wound healing associated consistent pro-inflammatory M1 polarization, decreased angiogenesis and increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the microenvironment. Herein, poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA)-based microneedle patch loaded magnesium hydride (MgH2) (MN-MgH2) is manufactured for defeating diabetic wounds. The application contributes transdermal delivery prolonged release MgH2 that can generate hydrogen (H2) ions (Mg2+) after reaction body fluids. released H2 reduces production ROS, transforming pathological microenvironment induced by diabetes mellitus. Meanwhile, Mg2+ promotes polarization pro-healing M2 macrophages. Consequently, cell proliferation migration are improved, tissue regeneration enhanced. Such intelligent provides novel way accelerating through steadily preserving releasing locally sustainably.
