NIR-II fluorescence imaging (NIR-II FI) and photothermal therapy (PTT) have received broad attentions in precise tumor diagnosis effective treatment attributed to high-resolution deep tissue imaging, negligible invasivity, high-efficiency treatment. Although many fluorescent molecules been designed conducted for FI PTT, it is still an enormous challenge researchers pioneer some rational design guidelines improve brightness. Organic D-A-type molecules, including small conjugated polymers, can be developed brightness due their tunable easy functionalized chemical structures, allowing tailored photophysical properties. In this review, approaches the development strategies of D-A type polymers enhancement are systemically introduced. Meanwhile, applications PTT PTT-based combination (such as PDT, chemotherapy, or gas therapy) assisted by FI-based single multiimaging technologies classified represented detail well. Finally, current issues challenges organic FI-navigated summarized discussed, which gives future direction PTT.

Nanomedicines offer nanoscale drug delivery system. They ways of promising transportation, and address the issues lack targeting permeability traditional drugs. The physical chemical properties in domain nanomedicine applications vivo have not been sufficiently delivered. What's more, metabolic nanomedicines is clear enough. Those factors which mentioned above determine that many yet realized clinical application due to their safety problems efficacy. For example, they may cause immune response cytotoxicity, as well ability organs vivo, penetration them also poor efficacy drugs vivo. In this review, new progresses different kinds (including gold nanoparticles, nanorobots, black phosphorus brain diseases, gene editing immunotherapy etc.) anti-tumor, antibacterial, ocular diseases arteriosclerosis recent years were summarized. Their shortcomings pointed out, methods improve biosafety

Abstract Tumor‐targeted drug delivery by nanomaterials is important to improve tumor therapy efficacy and reduce toxic side effects, but its efficiency quite limited. In this work, a new type of MBene, zirconium boride nanosheet (ZBN), as versatile nanoplatform realize near‐infrared (NIR)‐controlled intratumoral retention release developed. ZBN exhibits high NIR‐photothermal conversion (76.8%), surface modification with hyaluronic acid (HA) polyol−borate esterfication endows ZBN‐HA good dispersion, the photopyrolysis borate ester causes HA detachment aggregation, enabling NIR‐controlled achieve accumulation. By virtue esterfication, polyol chemotherapeutic (doxorubicin, DOX), NO prodrug (β‐galactosyl‐diazeniumdiolate, Gal‐NO) can be efficiently stably conjugated on (1.21 g DOX or 0.57 Gal‐NO per gram ZBN) without visible leakage, enables responsiveness controllability. Combined chemothermal/gasothermal therapies based ZBN‐HA/DOX ZBN‐HA/NO nanomedicines eradicate primary tumors interdict metastasis changing microenvironment killing cancer cells in tumors. The developed MBene confirmed capable high‐efficacy tumor‐targeted controlled release.
