Abstract Background Recessions following immediate implant insertion are frequently reported in the literature. Data regarding installation presence of mucogingival recessions rare. Purpose This study observes soft tissue level changes and provisionalization implants with or without connective grafts anterior maxilla patients initial recession within a follow‐up period between one eight years. Materials Methods Twenty‐six marginal gingival recessions, which were designated for extraction zone (13‐23), included. Out larger group only single tooth replacements 1 to 3 mm pre‐ post‐op CB‐CT selected. Facial bone deficiencies grafted flaplessly autologous all sites. In 13 (mean 2.3 ± 0.7 mm, range 1.0‐3.0 mm) additionally by (ABG + CTG), remaining no grafting 1.8 0.6 was performed (ABG). The hard level, width keratinized mucosa, PES, success evaluated. Results After mean 45 months significantly reduced ABG from 0.9 mm. improvement even more pronounced CTG (from 0.5 mm). PES improved both groups. At final examination still function. Within observational period, 5 loss than noticed ABG, but none group. Conclusions These clinical results provide evidence that placement might improve facial level. evident cases greater an additional treatment grafts.

Cumulative rate placed mandible significantly higher than maxilla (p < 0.01). No significant difference failure found among types employed = 0.27). peri-implant change end ranged from 0.3 1.7 mm. Conclusion: Immediate loading appears have long-term predictability under well-defined circumstances.

Abstract Objective The unavoidable extraction of teeth in the esthetic area can be overcome through different treatment modalities. Recently, immediate implants appeared as a minimally invasive approach to resolving these cases; however, implant loading is not always possible or indicated. In cases, an innovative customized healing abutments could used preserve soft tissue contour, eliminating need for reopening surgery and use provisional restorations condition mucosal contour. Clinical Considerations present cases describe simplified chairside placed after tooth anterior posterior areas order maintain contours while reducing clinical steps until delivering final restorations. Conclusions This technique seems effective guide around dental allowing natural emergence profile with implant‐supported restorations, number steps. Histological micro-CT analysis biopsies post-surgical structural healing.Mean horizontal 1-mm below crest (buccal palatal side) similar for sites (p > 0.05). Results. buccal bone plate maintained without any resorption; healthy periodontal ligament evidenced. showed osseointegration, high percentage bone-to-implant contact (BIC = 76.2%). With regard space between implant, apical medial thirds were filled compact, mature bone; coronal third colonized by noninfiltrated connective tissue. Conclusions. appears be effective preventing resorption implant.
