The
identification
and
cloning
of
the
two
major
cannabinoid
(CB¬1
CB2)
receptors
together
with
discovery
their
endogenous
ligands
in
late
80s
early
90s,
resulted
a

understanding
mechanisms

endocannabinoid
system
(ECS).
Due
to
its
