Diabetes as a fastest growing diseases worldwide is characterized by elevated blood glucose levels. There's an enormous financial burden associated with this endocrine disorder, unequal access to health care between developed and developing countries. PI3Ks (phosphoinositide 3-kinases) have been demonstrated be crucial for homeostasis, malfunctioning of these molecules can contribute increase in serum levels, the main pathophysiological feature diabetes. Additionally, recent evidence suggests that miRNAs lncRNAs are reciprocally interacting signaling pathway. It therefore evident abnormal regulation miRNAs/lncRNAs lncRNAs/miRNAs/PI3K/AKT axis related clinicopathological characteristics plays role biological processes. has attempted review describe interaction PI3K/AKT pathway various their importance DM biology. We also presented clinical applications PI3K/AKT-related ncRNAs/herbal medicine patients DM.

The development of vaccines has had a crucial role in preventing and controlling infectious diseases on global scale. Innovative formulations biomimetic inspired by natural defense mechanisms combine long-term antigen stability, immunogenicity, targeted delivery with sustained release. Types nanoparticle (NP) include bacterial outer membrane vesicles (OMVs), cell membrane-decorated NPs, liposomes, exosomes. These approaches have shown potential for cancer immunotherapy, antibacterial antiviral applications. Despite current challenges, nanovaccines immense to transform disease prevention treatment, promising therapeutic the future. In this review, we highlight recent advances vaccine design, action, clinical applications, emphasizing their personalized medicine, drug delivery, immunomodulation.

There are limited options for patients who develop liver metastasis from colorectal cancer (CRC), the leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Emerging evidence has provided insights into iron deficiency and excess in CRC. Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent form programmed cell death characterized by aberrant lipid metabolism, which play crucial roles tumorigenesis, tumor progression, treatment options. A better understanding underlying molecular mechanism ferroptosis shed light on current findings ferroptosis-based nanodrug targeting strategies, such as driving cells microenvironment, emerging combination therapy against multidrug resistance. Furthermore, this review highlights challenge perspective a ferroptosis-driven delivery system CRC-targeted therapy.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a complex, multifactorial and most prevalent progressive neurodegenerative ailment. Its complex nature causes the lack of modifying drugs. Hence, multi-target drug design strategies have been adopted to halt progression AD. In current research, we applied multitarget strategy tackle Rational synthesis framework hybrids containing Pyrimidine/pyrrolidine-sertraline scaffolds were carried out. The synthesized compounds further evaluated for their in-vitro enzyme inhibition potential against cholinesterases, monoamine oxidases β-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme-1 (BACE-1). Compound 19 emerged as an optimal multipotent hybrid with IC50 values 0.07 µM, 0.09 0.63 0.21 µM 0.73 AChE, BChE, MAO-A, MAO-B BACE-1 respectively. After in-vivo cytotoxicity PAMPA blood brain barrier permeation assays, number widely used behavioral assessment tests also performed evaluation memory learning.Determination biochemical parameters showed low levels acetylcholinesterase by treatment compounds. Furthermore, neurotransmitters such serotonin, dopamine noradrenaline analyzed. Increased neurotransmitter improved short long-term well enhanced learning behavior. Docking studies on target enzymes correlation experimental results.
