In 2022, the Russian forest sector was severely affected by government’s ban on export of unprocessed timber and trade sanctions imposed several countries. It is generally recognized that regions North-West are most barriers have emerged. Against this background, impact bilateral restrictions companies in Asian part Russia not discussed. This paper analyzes differences among their response to crisis depending three factors: industrial specialization, scale revenue regional location. В статье представлена попытка комплексного макроэкономического моделирования деятельности лесной промышленности России с анализом актуального для повестки дня вопроса максимального использования потенциала лесов в целях декарбонизации национальной экономики. Предложена оригинальная экономико-математическая модель регионального лесного комплекса, детализированная по блокам: лесозаготовка, лесная промышленность, экосистемные услуги лесов. отличие от большинства аналогичных моделей, которые, как правило, строятся вокруг описания торговых потоков всей номенклатуры продукции, настоящая работа исходит из рассмотрения комплекса источника полного круга экосистемных услуг Модель апробирована регионов Сибири и Дальнего Востока, где расположена существенная часть российских мощностей их промышленной переработке. Результаты сценарных расчетов показывают, что сохранение текущих тенденций лесоуправления этих регионах недопустимо точки зрения устойчивого развития отрасли (по причине приближающегося исчерпания лесосырьевой базы), так контексте ответа на актуальные российской экономики вызовы. Цель наращиванию поглощения углерода до 1,2 млрд. т CO2-эквивалента к 2050 г., заявленная Стратегии социально-экономического Российской Федерации низким уровнем выбросов парниковых газов, является важным сигналом росту инвестиционной привлекательности нового лесоклиматического сектора. Расчеты что, при полноценном разворачивании лесоклиматических инициатив, данный сектор может придать дополнительный импульс развитию трансформировать сугубо сырьевую отечественную лесную отрасль один флагманов международной декарбонизационной повестки.

Allocation of spatial and temporal transformations in resource‐producing subjects the Russian Federation for decade 2012–2021 based on comparison tax revenue materials with budget execution data.
