Methods Twenty patients chloasma admitted to our hospital were selected and treated facial injection. After each injection, was given once. one treatment, severity melasma skin parameters before after treatment compared using modified Area Severity index (MASI) VISIA image analysis system, respectively. At same time, patients' self‐satisfaction investigated. Results The total effective rate in 95%. Compared scores spots, UV brown red areas, wrinkles, texture, pore porphyrins significantly increased treatment. MASI score reduced (4.70 ± 2.47 vs. 15.30 4.01, p < 0.001). results showed that satisfaction improvement 95.00%. Conclusion has an obvious effect on comprehensive overall aging patients, can effectively accelerate speed lesion repair pigment elimination, which is worthy promotion application.

Abstract Background Melasma is a prevalent, persistent hyperpigmentation disorder that negatively affects the psychological health of patients. However, treatment outcome remains unsatisfactory due to complexity pathogenesis, recurrence characteristics, and relatively high morbidity. Objectives To compare performance laser‐related therapies in improving melasma area severity index (MASI) score occurrence adverse effects by network meta‐analysis (NMA). Methods From inception November 2022, eligible randomized controlled trials were identified. Two investigators independently searched relevant studies from PUBMED, EMBASE, Cochrane Library database. Results A total 39 clinical with 1394 participants for enrollment. For efficacy, NMA demonstrated Q‐switched Nd: YAG laser + topical medications (QSND+TM) was superior Nd:YAG (QSND) [MD = −4.21 (−6.80, −1.63)], Er: (ERYL+TM) ‐3.52 (−6.84, −0.19)], picosecond (PICO+TM) −4.80 (−9.33, −0.27)]. The microneedling (MN+TM) (PICO) −5.26 (−10.44, −0.08)] (TM) −5.22 (−9.20, −1.23)]. top five surface under cumulative ranking curve value (SUCRA) are (QSND+TM 85.9%), oral tranexamic acid (oTA 80.1%), (MN+TM 79.7%), intense pulse light (QSND+IPL 78.9%), fractional carbon dioxide (FCDL+TM 70.5%). Conclusions In conclusion, Qs‐Nd:YAG first choice treating according SUCRA value. Among three modalities, namely MN TM, PICO, our recommendation favors MN+TM as enhancing curative efficacy melasma. actual should also take into account effects, skin type patient, duration disease, other factors.
