Any study, published until December 2022, that investigated associations interest eligible. For each outcome, articles grouped according to administrated results narratively synthesized. Inverse-variance random-effect models used compare standardized mean values in VL domain(s) between two groups: individuals willing vs. unwilling get vaccinated, vaccinated unvaccinated. 18 studies shows strongly predicts while its with status is attenuated barely significant, suggesting other factors influence actual uptake. However, given scarce evidence available, heterogeneity methods applied some limitations included, further research should be conducted confirm role decision-making process.

Abstract Background We aimed to describe the acceptance of COVID-19 vaccine booster doses and factors influencing this among Thai university students. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted between July September 2022. All students in Thailand were eligible participate. explored rate regular vaccines (if available) Associations vaccination analyzed by multiple logistic regression analysis. Results total 322 participants surveyed (78.9% female, age 18 49 years (mean = 22.6, standard deviation 5.47)). Most (85.7%) undergraduate (Bachelor level), a proportion (84.8%) had background health sciences studies. The proportions who accepted 52.8% 69.3%, respectively. Vaccine accessibility found be significantly associated with (adjusted odds ratio (AOR) 2.77, 95% confidence interval (CI) 1.10–6.97), while availability scientific evidence (AOR 3.44, CI 1.21–9.77) vaccines. Conclusions This study contributes addressing knowledge gap regarding Thailand. Our findings revealed that evidence, as well costs, influenced individuals’ decisions around accepting doses.
