This review paper updates the benefits of using hemp fibre for production plastic. Traditional fossil-fuel based plastic emits massive levels greenhouse gasses, and material can take hundreds years to break down. Traditionally, plastics are made from petroleum-based compounds, which release toxic gases into atmosphere. Petroleum-based its by-product have a devastating effect on land, water, wildlife. Biodegradable produced petro-chemicals just like conventional except some additives included in their manufacturing helps them there fast degradation. Hemp is type biodegradable fibres, has sufficiently high cellulose concentration polymers. The resulting fully recyclable. It then be processed various products, including packaging, consumer goods, automotive parts, more plastics. 100% biodegradable, better alternative synthetic also lightweight, with an impressively density weight ratio. makes potentially good making lightweight components car aerospace industry. Conversely, minimize effect. offers great thermal, UV, dimensional stability. Some types resistant flame. solely extracted plant therefore, causes no toxicity during production.

As a versatile and multipurpose plant, hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) possesses immense potential for its application in nutraceuticals, food nutrition, fibre, construction material. However, broader industrial potentials are hindered by the lack of sufficient knowledge on varietal differences, phytochemical properties, fibre processing techniques, bioenergy valorisation whole clinical evidence, standardised quality control mechanisms. In this context, we systematically reviewed 101 reviews 655 research papers to map what already know still need about hemp, across supply chain; from cultivar selection through production end use. We literature based major themes sub-themes. Existing spanned 33 sub-themes which can be classified under five broad themes: production, material, health, futures, education. The 'material' theme (42%) was most researched, followed 'production' (27%) 'health' (19%). At sub-theme level, one-fifth articles covered composite material (n = 139), analysis potency testing 45), hempcrete applications 43), germination plantation techniques 41). More than half selected were published last three years (2020–2022), concentrated mainly North America, Europe, China. Cannabidiol, seed oil considered as quick wins industry (hemp champions). This review paper highlights and updates the role of plant based inhibitors in controlling triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) via blocking TNBC signalling pathways. Breast is most common women. There are several identified types, among which fatal for patients. Conventionally, defined by lack estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone (PR), human epidermal 2 (HER2) cells. It well-known its metastatic, aggressive characteristics poor outcome clinic. Till today, treatment patients still a challenging task due to absence appropriate targets drugs. Despite successes emerging targeted therapies, relapse, recurrence, therapy failure rates significantly outpace other subtypes cancer. Mounting evidence suggests an accumulation resistant, Cancer Stem Cell (CSC) populations within TNBCs contributes clinical outcomes. These Cells enriched compared non-TNBC cancers. Approximately 60% drugs currently used have been isolated from natural products. Natural products treasure house development novel anticancer Many plant-derived compounds anti-cancer properties, including berberine quercetin, formononetin, calycosin, polyphenols, bioflavonoids, carotene, vitamins, andminerals. compounds, vinka alkaloids, vinblastine vincristine, luteolin, α-mangostin, piperine, silibinin, apigenin, fisetin, resveratrol, genistein, 10-gingerol, chalcones, curcumin, epigallocatechin gallate, cyanidin-3-O-glucoside, glycyrrhizin, shown especially TNBCs. Therefore, more trial data warranted further evaluation extracts
