Background
Liver
cancer's
severity
has

interest
in
herbal
remedies
for
hepatotoxicity
and
the
disease.
Acacia
nilotica
(Vachellia
nilotica),
valued
its
traditional
medicinal
properties,

aerial
components,

investigated
hepatoprotective
anti-cancer
effects.

extracts
their
mechanisms

action

Materials
Methods
The
study
aimed
to
determine
Total
Phenolic
Content
(TPC),
Flavonoid
(TFC),
antioxidant
properties
extract
using
biochemical
assays.

protective
effects

against
liver
cancer
cells
(HepG2)
cell
culture

Results
