As the forerunners of education, teachers and their psycho-affective variables have been focus numerous studies in past decades. To add to this line inquiry, present study aimed scrutinize correlation among English as a foreign language (EFL) teachers' self-efficacy, work engagement, reflection context China. do so, three previously validated questionnaires related each were distributed Chinese EFL with various experiences academic degrees, sample 614 completed questionnaires. The results Pearson's Product-moment revealed that participants' positively correlated. Moreover, regression analysis ANOVA demonstrated self-efficacy engagement significantly predicted reflection. findings viable takeaways for teacher education programs they can invest more time energy promoting psychological factors teaching along pedagogical issues.
