The mandatory these tools in period distancing led their extensive development. This paper analyzes effects ICTs a purely environment. Therefore, it factors that affect student satisfaction effectiveness marketing learning through digital classes, this analysis is from dual perspective user dissatisfaction. Using learner-centered approach university platform Blackboard, tool YouTube network TikTok teaching analyzed. study carried out on sample 327 students different levels. performed mixed methodology using symmetric (PLS-SEM) non-symmetric (fsQCA) approach, allowing better generalization results. In measurement effectiveness, both assessment are significative, two being affected similar way. However, they not related each other, acting independently. Attitude construct greatest impact types satisfaction. Perceived enjoyment also exerts notable influence, especially presents one first post-pandemic approaches technological (ICT tools) setting classes.

Students' and instructors' adoption of "e-learning management systems (e-LMSs)" is critical to their success in a "virtual learning environment." Students can use "e-learning" obtain instructional materials supplement "traditional classroom" instruction. This study intends highlight the important factors e-learning higher education institutes. The aim determine forming positive intention toward using e-LMS based on "individual characteristics" ("instructor quality," "course "learning value," "social influence," "facilitating condition," "system "perceived usefulness," ease use"). questionnaire-based survey 369 responses from LMS users. proposed research model was tested structural equation modeling. Initially, postadoption behavior required be investigated. original measurement contained eight independent constructs. A modified created after initial enhanced exploratory factor principal component analysis. results this will help practitioners policymakers effective development implementation e-LMSs institutions (HEIs), especially developing countries, such as India. This study demonstrates how significantly the COVID-19 pandemic has affected Bangladesh’s formal education system. Despite fact that Bangladesh introduced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in educational practices before pandemic, effective ICT deployment could not be integrated at all levels. Even though online classes other print- electronic media-based approaches evolved into “new normal” an effort to address difficulties brought on by both teachers students have faced continue encounter many challenges. A convergent parallel mixed method design was followed for this study. Data were collected from 205 Bangladeshi 50 through semi-structured questionnaires. In addition, 11 parent interviews 12 Key Informant Interviews conducted. According findings, lack of proper training teachers, poor socio-economic conditions, internet availability speed, shortage equipment, being technologically exposed, disruption electricity are major issues hindering fruitful implementation education. Creating framework, providing subsidised instructors instructive purposes, promoting alternative means carry education, dedicating instruction hours TV radio channels, ensuring IT infrastructure tools, taking initiatives promote learning management system can play a significant role creating ideal environment summary, suggests holistic framework teaching-learning different levels achieve sustainable development goals (SDG) without any emergency contexts such as pandemic.
