Background : The incidence of eczema is higher in children aged 0-2 years, but the long-term effect air pollutants exposure early life on risk development unclear. Methods We conducted a birth cohort study Jinan, China, to explore pollutant younger children. An inverse distance weighting method was used for individual assessment. Binary and multivariate logistic models were investigate effects eczema, distributed lag model find sensitive windows exposure, weighted quantile sum principal component analysis combined multiple pollutants. Results cumulative rate among 5819 2 19.8%. Exposure high levels O during pregnancy ( OR 1.12, 95% CI 1.06-1.19) first year after 1.24, 1.03-1.50) increased eczema. Abstract In recent years, the rapid advancement of digital technology has supported growth economy. The transformation towards digitization in public health sector serves as a key indicator this economic shift. Understanding how economy continuously improves efficiency services and its various pathways influence become increasingly important. It is essential to clarify impact mechanism on optimize expenditures advance construction. This study investigates development from novel perspective, considering social media usage urban–rural healthcare disparities while constructing comprehensive index development. findings indicate that reduces primarily through two transmission mechanisms: promotion widening gap. Moreover, these impacts exhibit spatial heterogeneity. unveils intrinsic connection mechanisms interaction between services, providing theoretical basis reference for government policy formulation. However, it also prompts further considerations achieving synergy services.

Background Epilepsy is associated with a significant global burden of disease, affecting over 50 million people worldwide. The specific aim this study to compare the epilepsy in People’s Republic China (PRC) burden, and analyze epidemiological trends epilepsy, relationship between social demographic index (SDI), relative contributions factors. Methods This retrospective population-based study, data were obtained from Global Burden Disease (GBD) 2019. We employed Joinpoint software age-period-cohort (APC) model epilepsy’s trends. Health inequality analysis was conducted investigate impact SDI on burden. Decomposition performed examine age, population, changes epilepsy. Results Between 1990 2019, incidence rate PRC increased by 45%, significantly surpassing However, Disability-Adjusted Life Years (DALY) decreased notably, proportion Lost (YLL) 62.73 39.03%. Concerning incidence, period Rate Ratio (RR) initially then decreased, while cohort RR globally exhibited consistent upward trend. In terms mortality, displayed gradual decrease, mortality starting higher but eventually falling below mortality. net drifts greater than 0, whereas less both lower at level. indicated that mainly attributed changes. Additionally, disparities concentrating low countries. Conclusion rose during 30-year period, decreased. improved survival predominantly attributable affects males, children, elderly, Chinese government should focus populations.

Abstract When analyzing health data in relation to environmental stressors, it is crucial identify which variables include the statistical model exclude dependencies among variables. Four meteorological parameters: temperature, ultraviolet radiation, precipitation, and vapor pressure four outdoor air pollution ozone ( $$\text{O}_3$$ O 3 ), nitrogen dioxide $$\text{NO}_2$$ NO 2 particulate matter $$PM_{2.5}$$ P M 2.5 , $$PM_{10}$$ 10 ) were studied on a daily basis for Baden-Württemberg (Germany). This federal state covers urban rural compartments including mountainous river areas. A temporal spatial analysis of internal relationships was performed using (a) cross-correlations, both grand ensemble as well within subsets, (b) Local Indications Spatial Association (LISA) method. Meteorological strongly correlated themselves time space. We found strong interaction between ozone, with correlation coefficients varying over time. The ranged from negative correlations January (−0.84), April (−0.47), October (−0.54) positive July (0.45). cross-correlation plot showed noticeable change direction . Spatially, concentrations significantly higher than regions. For this effect reversed. LISA confirmed distinct hot cold spots stressors. work examined quantified spatio-temporal relationship conditions recommended prioritize future impact analyses. results are line underlying physico-chemical atmospheric processes. It also identified postal code areas dominant stressors further studies.
