Cherry

Abstract
Actinobacteria
are
a
large
and
diverse
group
of
bacteria
that
known
to
produce
wide
range
secondary
metabolites,
many
which
have
important
biological
activities,
including
antibiotics,
anti-cancer
agents,
immunosuppressants.
The
biosynthesis
these
compounds
is
often
highly
regulated
with
natural
products
(NPs)
being
produced
at
very
low
levels
in
laboratory
settings.
Environmental
factors,
such
as
small
molecule
elicitors,
can
induce
the
production
metabolites.
Specifically,
they
increase
titers
NPs
well
enabling
discovery
novel
typically
undetectable
levels.
These
elicitors

antibiotics
or
hormones,
synthetic
compounds.
In
recent
years,

has
been
growing
interest

Abstract
In
recent
years,

drugs

nanoparticles
(CMC
NPs)

drug
delivery
agents
for
amygdalin
encapsulation

cancer

cell
lines.

ABSTRACT
Laetrile,
known
as
vitamin
B17,
is
often
used
interchangeably
with
amygdalin.
Laetrile
a
semi‐synthesis
product
of
amygdalin,
whereas
amygdalin
naturally
occurring
substance
in
many
plants.
Both
compounds
have
nitrile
functional
group
that,
when
activated
by
the
intestinal
enzyme
β‐glucosidases,
releases
hydrogen
cyanide.
The
two
been
considered
for
long
time
alternative
therapy
cancer
treatment
however,
findings
available
literature
are
discordant
on
real
efficacy
laetrile/amygdalin
cancer,
highlighting
negative
benefit‐risk
ratio.
In
this
regard,
study
aimed
to
comprehensively
analyze
scientific
