ABSTRACT Background Detailed information on patient characteristics and symptom burden associated with multimorbidity in oncology patients is extremely limited. Purposes were to determine the prevalence of low (≤ 2) high (≥ 3) a sample outpatients ( n = 1343) undergoing chemotherapy evaluate for differences between two groups demographic clinical characteristics; occurrence, severity, distress 38 symptoms; stability consistency clusters. Methods Using Self‐Administered Comorbidity Questionnaire, classified into groups. Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale was used assess symptoms prior patients' second or third cycle chemotherapy. For each group, clusters based occurrence rates identified using exploratory factor analysis. Results Compared group (61.4%), (38.6%) older, had fewer years education, less likely be married partnered, employed, lower annual income. In addition, they higher body mass index, poorer functional status, longer time since their cancer diagnosis, more have received previous treatments metastatic disease. Patients reported 12.7 (±6.7) 15.9 (±7.5) concurrent symptoms, respectively. Eight seven groups, Psychological, gastrointestinal, weight gain, hormonal, respiratory stable across Weight gain consistent. Three unstable group. Conclusions Findings suggest that various social determinants health burden. Differences may related aging, treatments, and/or comorbid conditions.

Knee osteoarthritis (OA) is a common condition that causes pain and reduces the quality of life for many people. It also leads to high health financial costs. Managing knee OA requires using different methods together best results. This review overviews current therapeutic options pain, focusing on their efficacy, safety, potential roles in clinical practice. Topical treatments, such as NSAIDs capsaicin, offer significant relief with minimal systemic side effects are suitable initial therapy, nonpharmacologic interventions like exercise and, when relevant, weight loss. Oral analgesics, including acetaminophen opioids, have limited efficacy serious effects, making them appropriate only short-term or rescue therapy. Intra-articular injections, corticosteroids, hyaluronic acid, platelet rich plasma, demonstrate varying levels safety. Nutritional supplements, curcumin, Boswellia serrata , glucosaminechondroitin combinations, modest benefits used adjuncts standart treatment. Nonpharmacological transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), acupuncture, local heat provide variable should be customized based individual patient responses. Targeted biologic agents, antibodies TNF-α, IL-1, NGF, hold promise more precise relief; however, further research required establish routine use. Treating personalized, combining several methods. Research must continue improve treatments make safer.

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a chronic disease primarily characterized by degenerative changes in articular cartilage and synovitis, for which there are currently no targeted or curative therapies available clinical practice. In recent years, the in-depth analysis of OA using single-cell sequencing immunomics technologies has revealed presence multiple immune cell subsets, as well different differentiation states within same subset, OA. Through immune-immune immune-joint tissue interactions, these cells collectively promote inhibit progression arthritis. This complex network, where “friends foes coexist,” made therapeutic strategies aimed at directly eliminating challenging, highlighting urgent need detailed review composition, distribution, functional heterogeneity, potential, potential risks subsets joint. Additionally, similarities differences between rheumatoid arthritis (RA) terms diagnosis immunotherapy to be precisely understood, order draw lessons from reject RA-based immunotherapies.
