Cannabis contains numerous natural components and has several effects such as anticancer, anti-inflammatory antioxidant. Cheungsam is a variety of non-drug-type hemp, developed in Korea used for fiber (stem) oil (seed). The efficacy on skin not yet known, although there are previous studies seed oil, no husk. In this study, we investigated the potential husk ethanol extract (CSSH) to alleviate inflammation through evaluating gene protein expression levels inflammatory mediators. results showed that CSSH reduced pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, MCP-1 CXCL10) atopic dermatitis-related (IL-4, CCL17, MDC RANTES) TNF-α/IFN-γ-induced HaCaT cells. Furthermore, ERK, JNK p38 phosphorylation were decreased p-p65, p-IκBα, NLRP3, caspase-1, p-JAK1 p-STAT6 suppressed after treatment. significantly increased level barrier factors filaggrin involucrin. These suggest regulates mechanism can be new treatment diseases.

Cannabis sativa is a well-known plant for its psychoactive effects; however, many derivatives, such as Cannabidiol (CBD), contain several therapeutic applications. Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) the main cannabis derivative responsible properties, while CBD non-psychotropic. For this reason, has been more exploited in last decade. connected to multiple anticancer and when combined with photodynamic therapy (PDT), it possible eradicate tumors effectively. Cannabinoids, the bioactive compounds found in Cannabis sativa, have been used for medicinal purposes centuries, with early discoveries dating back to BC era (BCE). However, increased recreational use of cannabis has led a negative perception its and food applications, resulting legal restrictions many regions worldwide. Recently, cannabinoids, notably Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) cannabidiol (CBD), gained renewed interest medical field due their anti-cancer properties. These properties include inhibition tumour growth cell invasion, anti-inflammatory effects, induction autophagy apoptosis. As result, cannabinoids treat chemotherapy-associated side like nausea, vomiting, pain, increased, there suggestions implement large-scale cancer therapy. these compounds’ cellular molecular mechanisms action still need be fully understood. This review explores recent evidence CBD’s efficacy as an agent, which is non-psychoactive The current will also provide understanding common different cancers. Studies shown that activity can receptor-dependent (CB1, CB2, TRPV, PPARs) or receptor-independent induced through mechanisms, such ceramide biosynthesis, ER stress, subsequent It projected form basis therapeutic applications CBD. Therefore, it essential understand developing optimizing pre-clinical CBD-based therapies.

Introduction: Cannabidiol (CBD) is the second most abundant Phytocannabinoid in Cannabis extracts. CBD has a binding affinity for several cannabinoid and cannabinoid-associated receptors. Epidiolex (oral solution) been lately licensed by Food Drug Administration (FDA) treatment of pediatric epileptic seizures. Methods: In this review, we discussed promising applications chronic inflammatory conditions, namely CBD's anti-inflammatory effects during bowel disease, coronavirus disease (antiviral effect), brain pathologies (neuroprotective properties), as well immunomodulatory antitumoral activities tumor microenvironment. Special focus was shed on main therapeutic mechanisms action CBD, particularly control immune system endocannabinoid system. Results: Findings suggest that potent drug it manifested immunosuppressive properties context sterile inflammation (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, neurodegenerative diseases), immunoprotective viral infections (e.g. COVID-19) Similarly, exhibited selective response toward cancer types engaging different targets signaling pathways. These results are favor primary function which homeostatic maintenance. Conclusion: The presented evidence suggests prominent target autoimmune diseases, infections, neurological psychological pathologies, cancer. In recent years, antitumor effects of cannabinoids have been reported; however, there only very limited data available in NETs or PPGLs. Objective Investigation the cannabidiol (CBD) on patient-derived human NET/PPGL primary cultures cell lines. Methods We established derived from 46 different patients with PPGLs (n = 35) 11) who underwent tumor resection at 2 centers. patient clinically relevant doses (5 µM) slightly higher (10 CBD was performed. Background: Parkinson's disease (PD) is a serious neurodegenerative condition impacting many individuals worldwide. There need for new non-invasive treatments of PD. Cannabinoids in the form cannabidiol (CBD) and delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) may offer utility as treatment, our objective was hence to conduct systematic review regarding clinical evidence efficacy safety cannabinoids treating Methods: Screening, data extraction, quality assessments were all conducted by multiple reviewers, with discrepancies resolved consensus. Results: After conducting searches 4 different databases, 673 articles screened. Thirteen deemed eligible inclusion this review. It shown that cannabis, CBD, nabilone (a synthetic THC) capable consistently improving motor symptoms more than placebo. All improved various non-motor symptoms, particularly cannabis pain intensity, CBD psychiatric dose-dependent manner. Adverse effects usually minor, and, case rare (except at very high doses). Conclusion: have been safely important potential PD some symptoms. More large-scale randomized control trials specific forms cannabinoid are required determine their overall efficacy.
