Psychosocial hazards are a major public health problem, so it is necessary to prevent and manage them as not cause mental physical harm workers. This study aims determine changes in work stressors before during the COVID-19 pandemic related factors workers PT.X Heavy equipment manufacturing industry. The used retrospective cohort design from 2018 2021 Medical Check-Up (MCU) data with Stress Diagnosis Survey (SDS) questionnaire. Research was conducted October until July 2022 samples of 146 obtained. Bivariate analysis using proportion mean test. research found that increase moderate-severe role ambiguity, conflict, quantitative workload, career development. In this research, we examined how COVID-19 impacts employee decision-making and performance, knowing that virus has negatively affected public health, crippled economies, transformed social business environments across the globe. To quantitatively test our specific hypotheses regarding effects of employees’ perceived risk psychological distress on negative performance outcomes, surveyed 443 healthcare workers who were employed by a group private hospitals in Zimbabwe. These essential delivering day-to-day frontline services with high exposure to during pandemic. The challenging conditions of treating COVID-19 patients the physical mental stress imposed on nurses during pandemic may lead them to leave their jobs. present study aimed determine role psychological factors (general health, workload, work-family conflicts, resilience) turnover using Bayesian approach pandemic. cross-sectional was carried out winter 2021 at three hospitals in Khuzestan Province, Iran. To collect data this investigation, 300 were chosen based Cochran's formula random sampling technique. Seven questionnaires, including General Health, Mental Workload, Work-Family Conflict, Resilience, Job Stress, Fear COVID-19, Intention Questionnaires. Networks (BNs) used draw probabilistic graphical models. A sensitivity analysis also performed effects variables. GeNIe academic software, version 2.3, facilitated examination network. statistically associations occurred between variables fear job (0.313), (0.302), resilience (0.298), respectively. had highest association with greatest conflict (0.296).
