The Connor Davidson Scale Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire were collect data. data then analyzed SPSS 22 statistical methods (Independent t-test, Analysis of Variance, Pearson correlation coefficient, Multiple linear regression).The results showed positive poor resilience, some its dimensions (trust individual instincts, tolerance negative (p = 0.006), acceptance change secure relationships 0.01), spiritual influences 0.04)) < 0.001). In other words, high level increased their vice versa.Enhancing frontline nurses pandemic improved affected care provided by them.
