Introdução: A lombalgia afeta até 80% da população e ocorre em 76% das gestantes, sendo comum no segundo trimestre. O Pilates é um método eficaz alívio dor fortalecimento muscular, promovendo benefícios como melhora flexibilidade qualidade de vida, auxiliando na prevenção quedas controle ansiedade durante a gestação. Objetivo: estudo visa analisar os utilização do pilates gestação sua tratamento lombalgia. Materiais Métodos: foi realizado por meio uma revisão bibliográfica bases dados internacionais nacionais, PubMed, Scielo BVS Brasil, utilizando descritores relacionados lombalgia, gestação, exercícios, fisioterapia. De 41 artigos iniciais, 27 foram selecionados para base deste após critérios análise detalhada inclusão, além consultas à obra "Pilates Reabilitação" ao guia Associação Brasileira Fisioterapia Saúde Mulher. Resultado: Os estudos têm se mostrado eficazes efeito proporcionado redução lombar, assoalho pélvico, estabilidade contribuindo o bem-estar geral incluindo humor, sono autoestima, potencial impacto parto pós-parto. Apesar resultados positivos observados, pesquisa aponta necessidade mais com rigor metodológico confirmar esses ampliar aplicabilidade. Background: One of the major exercises to improve psychological and physical functions pregnant women is Pilate’s exercises. Background: This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of Pilates exercises on emotion regulation and distress tol89erance in female students with premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Methods: The present used a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design nonequivalent control group. research population consisted PMS at Islamic Azad University Doroud during academic year 2021- 2022. Objetivo: Fornecer evidências clínicas científicas sobre práticas fisioterapêuticas para melhora da DMRA em puérperas. Método: Revisão sistemática literatura, com busca banco de dados PubMed, LILACS, SciELO PEDro, aplicação escala PEDro. Foram Utilizadas palavras-chaves: Fisioterapia, Diástase Muscular, Gravidez, publicações português, inglês espanhol 2013 2023. Resultados: Após análise artigos por temáticas, foram selecionados 34 artigos, considerar que 8 não se adequaram ao recorte tema proposto mais estavam duplicidade os bancos dados. Por fim, foi aplicada Escala PEDro 16 quais dispostos quadro seus conteúdos. Conclusão: Considerando volume materiais científicos publicados atestam eficácia tratamentos fisioterapêuticos tratamento eficaz DMRA, objetivo presente estudo contemplado.
