Abstract Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are cancer that shed from the primary and enter into body fluids of patient, where they travel to distant sites ultimately form metastasis. Understanding biology CTCs, in particular at critical stages their itinerary, holds promises for better cure. Since beginning this century, liquid biopsy has steadily grown be a keen area research due its non-invasive features. As one most promising biomarkers, CTCs have shown great potential diagnosis, prognosis, treatment response monitoring, exploration biological mechanisms. Although various types isolation detection technologies emerge constantly, rarity heterogeneity still pose huge challenges these methods make them inefficient. In addition, clinical practice different lacks reasonable uniform standards. review, we provide detailed overview enrichment strategies as well advantages limitations. By summarizing current status suggesting future areas research, hope continue concerted effort pushing forward application which may represent paradigm shift theranostics future. Graphical

Exosomes, released from diverse cells as nanoscale lipid bilayer vesicles, mediate intercellular communication and participate in various physiological pathological processes. Thereinto, tumor-derived exosomes (T-EXOs) with molecular cargoes of parent tumor act attractive biomarkers for liquid biopsy. The amount T-EXOs their levels contained specific proteins nucleic acids are closely associated cancer burden classification. Nevertheless, the size relatively low abundance exosomes, well complex body matrix pose daunting challenges efficient isolation sensitive detection T-EXOs. Biosensing fast, convenient accurate method, has been widely employed over past decades. Among them, electrochemical sensors can sensitively detect by measuring change electrical signal caused oxidation or reduction at working electrode surface. This review aims to summarize recent advance biosensors quantification, protein RNA analysis exosomes. Further, future perspectives exosome-based biopsy have discussed.

Cancer remains one of the most common and deadliest diseases worldwide. Among endocrine neoplasms, incidence thyroid malignancies has been rising in recent years. Papillary carcinoma (PTC), frequently observed histological subtype cancer (THCA), typically yields favorable clinical outcomes for affected individuals. However, this raised concerns about overdiagnosis underdetermination prognostic factors PTC cases. As a result, researchers now advocate patient stratification tailored therapeutic approaches cases, with goal minimizing unnecessary surgical procedures radioiodine treatments. These treatments can lead to complications impose avoidable physiological psychological stress on patients. Multiple biomarkers have identified PTC, which play critical role predicting informing treatment decisions. This review examines both established molecular tools advancements determination prognosis papillary carcinoma.

Abstract Cancer of the central nervous system (CNS) can crosstalk systemically and locally in tumor microenvironment has become a topic attention for initiation advancement. Recently studied neuronal cancer interaction fundamentally altered knowledge about glioma metastases, indicating how cancers invade complex networks. This review systematically discussed interactions between neurons elucidates new therapeutic avenues. We have overviewed current understanding direct or indirect communications cells with mechanisms associated invasion. Besides, tumor‐associated dysfunction influence therapies on CNS are highlighted. Furthermore, peripheral various also been separately. Intriguingly importantly, it cannot be ignored that exosomes could mediate “wireless communications” cancer. Finally, promising future strategies targeting neuronal–brain were reviewed. A great deal work remains to done elucidate neuroscience cancer, more research should directed toward clarifying precise neuroscience, which hold enormous promise improve outcomes wide range malignancies.
