Including grape pomace in goat diets presents a potentially valuable strategy for enhancing the sustainability of farming and mitigating environmental risks. This work aimed to investigate impact dietary dried (DGP) on milk yield, composition fatty acid (FA) profile goats. Gas chromatography was utilised obtain an extensive FA fat. Wine contains important amounts of antioxidants, which contribute to the protection body from oxidative stress and associated diseases. The present work aims to study the possibilities of developing silver nanoparticles using natural extracts grape pomace wastes originating from native variety Fetească Neagră 6 Șt. Grape pomace (GP), a by-product of wine production, contains bioactive polyphenols with potential health benefits. This study investigates the anti-inflammatory properties polyphenolic fraction derived from GP, obtained by ultrasound-microwave hybrid extraction and purified using ion-exchange chromatography. In inflammation model, mice were divided into six groups: intact, carrageenan, indomethacin, three GP treatment groups. Paw edema was induced subplantar injection administered intraperitoneally at doses 10, 20, 40 mg/kg. The effect evaluated measuring paw volume, expression inflammatory markers: cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), myeloperoxidase (MPO), cytokines (IL-1β IL-6), along lipid peroxidation levels. significantly reduced levels COX-2, MPO, in dose-dependent manner effect, highest dose showing greatest reduction. Additionally, also decreased 10 20 These findings suggest that combined amberlite purification proved to be effective obtaining polyphenolic-rich GP. Abstract This review sheds light on opportunities to transition a sustainable food system by reducing the use of synthetic additives, preventing biodiversity loss, and creating healthy foods with most desirable biological nutritional value in accordance ONE HEALTH approach, positively affecting preservation health animals, people environment. The promotion circular economy is reflected by‐product winery (grape pomace – GP) weed ( Sambucus ebulus L. ‐ Dwarf Elder (DE)) for production bioactive substances (BAS) from which phytocomplexes (PHYCO) will be created various purposes achieving ultimate goal: healthier human population. We comprehensively analyzed benefits possibility that addition PHYCO plant extracts lyophilizates (LYOP) food/feed enables highest concentration BAS while doses are lowest/cheapest. Such bioproduction must enable creation supplements (antimicrobials/antioxidants) or techno‐functional sensory properties preventive/therapeutic action.
