Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pengalaman magang terhadap minat berkarir di industri Hotel. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa/i sekolah perhotelan XYZ. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS pengolahan data. Data dikumpulkan cara penyebaran kuisioner secara acak. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam teknik non-probability sampling kuota. Dalam menganalisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan Regresi Linear Sederhana meneliti menjawab hipotesis ini. Hasil Pengalaman Magang berpengaruh signifikan Minat Berkarier. Peneliti menyarankan agar universitas memperluas hubungan tersedia tempat sesuai bagi mahasiswa mengembangkan keterampilan mereka, sehingga akan menimbulkan keprcayaan diri hotel industri.

The COVID-19 pandemic severely impacted employment within the tourism and hospitality industry. Students have witnessed instability during pandemic, thus shaping their attitudes toward careers perceived job security risks in post-pandemic era. This study therefore explored key factors influencing students' intentions pursuing a career industry Thailand. Data collected from 394 participants were analyzed, results underscore significant role of internship experience enhancing motivation to work while reducing insecurity. also indicate that influenced by insecurity but not experience. Furthermore, students likely pursue when they possessed positive lower highlights mediating attitude linking intention career. These provide insights for guiding formulation strategies enhance undergraduate perceptions career, contributing filling vacancies, sustaining business performances, supporting recovery post-COVID-19

Off-campus internships are among the policies implemented over years to reduce academic gap in hospitality industry. Additionally, career decision making is unavoidable for college students, who can use different learning strategies gain knowledge beyond textbooks and determine their future direction. Our research aims explore mediating role of self-regulated relationship between deep approach (DLA) self-efficacy. Moreover, it uses cognitive engagement as a moderator relationships three constructs. Data collected through stratified sampling from students Taiwan completed off-campus internships. Factors Influencing Students’ Career Intentions in the Hospitality and Tourism Industries: A Meta-Analysis DOI Creative Commons

This study adopted a meta-analysis to generalize and compare the effect of influencing factors on hospitality tourism management students’ career intentions from 34 studies. After 13 existing were classified into four categories, results revealed that 11 them significantly impact intentions. In general, influences social identity self-perception are more important, followed by school education work conditions. A subgroup analysis further identified sample grades as dynamics partially moderate some factors, while no statistical changes in relative observed after COVID-19 outbreak. Typically, the underrepresentation of female engineers in education, employment, and leadership is a worldwide social issue. The present study investigates critical employment challenges barriers for Yemeni’s unstable, conservative, poor society. quantitative methodology was based on two constructed questionnaires targeting engineering graduates from 2012 to 2021 at Taiz University executive HR managers. results indicated that ongoing civil war, employability attributes, personal attitudes, low wages, conservative society, marriage–family beliefs are most apparent engineers’ Yemen. Nearly 40% frustrated with not having job, almost same percentage stopped seeking about two-thirds did register government offices. This prompts colleges frequently update their programs cope rapid developments include courses curricula. Furthermore, this advises consult experts before enrolling practice training skills immediately after graduation.
