COVID-19
pandemic
severely
impacted
employment
within
the
tourism
and
hospitality
industry.

study
adopted
a
meta-analysis
to
generalize
and
compare
the
effect
of
influencing
factors
on
hospitality
tourism
management
students’
career
intentions
from
34
studies.
