Bu araştırmada Sosyal Hizmetler Programında eğitimlerine devam eden öğrencilerin kariyer kararı verme yetkinlikleri ile ilişkili faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. İlişkisel tarama modelinde tasarlanmış çalışmanın örneklemini Türkiye’nin farklı üniversitelerinde Programlarına 428 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Veri toplamada “Kariyer Kararı Verme Yetkinlikleri Ölçeği”, “Akademik Özyeterlilik “Algılanan Kariyer Engelleri Ölçeği” ve “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada Programı öğrencilerinin algıladıkları engelleri arttıkça yetkinliklerinin azaldığı, akademik özyeterlilikleri da arttığı saptanmıştır. Ayrıca yeterlilikleri çalışma deneyimi, babanın eğitim seviyesi programı isteyerek tercih etmesi arasında anlamlı ilişkiler belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak engellerinin azaltılmasına yönelik derslerinin üniversite eğitiminde arttırılması hayatı içerisinde daha fazla yer alabilmelerinin sağlanabilmesi için uygulamaya dayalı olanaklarının sağlanmasının uygun olacağı düşünülmektedir.

The DECIDE project entitled “Career choices competencies for the post-pandemic future using multicriteria decision-making”, aimed to empower young individuals in their career decision-making by providing them with personalised learning sources and tools monitor development of essential competencies. This paper presents findings from evaluating two key components project: an e-guide developing a web-based application that monitors individuals’ progress competency development. These help people identify skills knowledge they lack meet demands employers sustainable innovative paths. was designed as self-learning programme guides users through interactive models focused on building required profiles. Pre-tests post-tests were developed assess effectiveness measure participants’ levels before after engaging content. utilises advanced algorithms visualisation techniques analyse pre-test post-test data, gaps, provide clear understanding areas further improvements. results testing user feedback indicate positively impacted study reveals provided educational value effectively supported self-directed learning. Career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE) plays a different role in each person's career development. The of social support, including family, has also been mentioned many studies as factor influencing CDMSE. Additionally, the gender moderating relationship between Career-related parent support (CRPS) and CDMSE remains unexplored existing research. This study seeks to find current state examine effect on among Vietnamese student participants. Data were collected from 348 students studying at Vietnam National University, Hanoi. data analyzed using SPSS version 26 Jamovi 2.4.11. results Pearson correlation analysis confirm that CRPS is positively correlated with students' (r = .31, p < 0.01). Regression reveals statistically significant (β .3, .01). Among four components, "Verbal encouragement" exerts .21, .01), while remaining components do not demonstrate impact (p > .05). Gender moderator positive Research’s suggest interventions enhance should focus promoting verbal encouragement parents. Furthermore, uniform across genders simplifies design implementation such interventions, allowing them be broadly applicable without need for gender-specific adaptations.
