Understanding the quality of life related to transportation plays a crucial role in enhancing commuters’ life, particularly daily trips. This study explores spatial effects built environment on (QoLT) through combination GIS application and deep learning based questionnaire survey by focusing case Sukhumvit district, Bangkok, Thailand. The Geographic Information System (GIS) was applied for analysis visualization among all variables grid cell (500 × 500 sq.m.). In regard learning, semantic segmentation process that model used this research OCRNet, selected backbone HRNet_W48. A quality-of-life-related indicator (life satisfaction) implemented face-to-face interviews data were collected survey. Then, multinomial regression performed demonstrate significant positive negative aspects independent (built environment) with QoLT at 0.05 level statistical significance. results revealed individuals’ satisfaction from diverse group people distinct areas or environments who consequently perceived differently. Built environmental factors gathered which provided number sets describe clusters physical scene characteristics QoLT. perception commuters could be translated different attributes indicated findings are consistent each typological site context, allowing an understanding differences accessibility transport systems, including safety cost transport. conclusion, these highlight essential urban planning systems must consider discrepancies terms social economic needs holistic viewpoint. better adds important value development balance social, economic, levels toward sustainable futures.
