Introduction: One of the leadership philosophies that has been getting more and attention lately is digital leadership. However, measuring level not yet widely discussed. Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the ground-breaking innovations 21st century that has accelerated digitalization societies. ChatGPT a newer form AI-based large language model can generate complex texts are almost indistinguishable from human-generated text. It already garnered substantial interest people due to its potential utility in variety contexts. The current study was conducted evaluate generating accurate, clear, concise, and unbiased information could support scientific research process. To achieve this purpose, we initiated queries on both versions regarding digital school leadership teachers’ technology integration, two significant topics currently discussed educational literature, under four categories: (1) definition leadership, (2) skills principals, (3) factors affecting (4) impact integration. Next, performed comparative analysis responses generated by ChatGPT-3.5 ChatGPT-4. results showed were capable providing satisfactory compatible with relevant literature.
