In the present research paper, we argue that digital transformation and students’ behavioural trends are intertwined through increasing integration of technology tools into both academic personal communication contexts. We construct our argument a rigorous methodological approach employing quantitative qualitative analyses, including ANOVA, Kruskal–Wallis, chi-squared, multiple regression models, to assess main predictors satisfaction engagement. Hence, emphasise distinctly diverse roles platforms as relating expression engagement adaptability, beyond mere technological adoption. While investigating role economics in modelling with technologies, examine impact digitalisation on patterns, terms purposes. To measure student engagement, employ mixed-methods by carrying out pilot study (N = 167).
