To construct set processes that can be used as reference for constructing clothing customization platform. Design/methodology/approach An optimized quantitative model was applied. Initially, survey conducted assess current market customized uniforms China. Subsequently, attribute questionnaire developed, and experts from both supply procurement sectors were invited evaluate it. followed by categorizing demands model’s evaluation criteria conducting validity analysis using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The priority ranking determined through sensitivity better-worse coefficients. Ultimately, platform established, fuzzy comprehensive conducted. Findings Regarding demands, procurement-side demand elements prioritize modular design, fabric libraries online reviews. In contrast, supply-side focus style product libraries, layout adaptation habits preview effects 3D models. Elements such qualification verification, personal information uploading, design draft archiving main tag categorization have lesser impact satisfaction.
