Menggunakan Jenis penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, google form, analisis trianggulasi metode, antar peneliti, sumber teori. In the domain of Marine Education and Training (MET), simulators have been utilized for purpose training seafarers in norms avoiding collisions or developing skill ship manoeuvrability, even operation machinery engine room, as well conducting research on subject matter structure, specialized vessel operation, working principle equipment, shipboard safety training. Purpose Digital sustainability involves the ability of industries and professionals to adapt rapidly changing technological landscapes. Digitalisation artificial intelligence (AI) are expected radically change maritime industry’s job landscape, especially with autonomous ships. Maritime education and training (MET) for seafarers who operate ships has struggled to flexibly adapt technological environmental changes. In particular, as social demand online MET arose due COVID-19, the need sustainable beyond traditional teaching methods grew exponentially. order identify most optimal among face-to-face methods, this study reviewed concepts applications of existing grouped them using a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, supplemented structure through designed survey.
