Over the past 50 years, number of obese people has increased many times. Despite excess weight, patients may be metabolically healthy. But studies show that this condition is an intermediate stage ending with a unhealthy phenotype, which associated increase in incidence cardiovascular events. The concept obesity characterized by altered levels various biomarkers, significance context predicting phenotype remains to studied. review devoted analysis modern research data on role hyperuricemia, gut microbiota and its metabolites, adipocytokines, as well assessment their relationship obesity.

Obesity is an important medical and social problem, it occupies one of the leading places among cardiovascular risk factors. a major component metabolic syndrome. It has close pathogenetic relationship with its other manifestations, as result which portrait comorbid patient formed. The article presents data on prevalence, criteria for diagnosing obesity, obesity components syndrome shown. role adipose tissue dysfunction in development progression insulin resistance, atherosclerosis, well non-alcoholic fatty liver disease arterial hypertension discussed. shown that comorbidity factor basis syndrome, mechanism formation components, preceding their occurrence. This allows us to conclude weight loss can reduce risks, manifestations some cases even eliminate them completely.

Adipose tissue is currently regarded as a key organ for excess dietary lipids, which determine whether the body will maintain normal homeostasis or inflammation and insulin resistance develop. In recent years, there more information about novel prognostic models — visceral adiposity index lipid accumulation product. The aim of this review was to analyze results studies examining relationship between various indices obesity cardiometabolic risk. We analyzed 105 literature sources, 53 were ruled out, becausethe processes interest not described in detail included anassessment with metabolic parameters. obtained indicate advisability using indices, have good predictive ability are simple convenient use. The World Obesity Federation published an atlas in 2023, which reports that if the current trend continues, 2035 every second person will be overweight or obese. Often, obese patients turn to a plastic surgeon for help, as “easiest way” solve this problem. Nevertheless, initial state of patient's health is fundamental obtain satisfying result both and patient aesthetic intervention. Therefore, thorough understanding pathomorphological processes occurring body with obesity necessary, determines relevance study. Purpose study: study morphological picture subcutaneous tissue obesity. Material methods. A immunohistochemical assessment was carried out 49 women who, period from 2019 2020, underwent planned surgical interventions indications aimed at correcting contours. After operation, were observed 6 months, assessing timing wound healing, well presence absence seromas, ligature fistulas, infection. We comparative analysis different course process, studied prognostic significance identified morphotypes relation risk delayed complicated healing. Results. Histological examination revealed two types adipose structure: adipocyte adipocyte-fibrous. type structure represented by itself typical mature adipocytes interadipocyte small capillaries, has lobular thin layers interlobular connective tissue. This mainly group standard postoperative period. mixed adipocyte-fibrous characterized ratio components - fatty fibrous. process established changes histological structure, cell infiltration increase number CD68+ positive macrophages HLA-DR+ immune cells, perivascular CD20+ B-lymphocytes fat indicates healing have already been admitted clinic local chronic inflammation Conclusion. during our can partially explain prolongation development complications patients. Currently, is divided into white, brown beige. White can turn each other through beige stage. volume activity require greater expenditure metabolism oxygen molecules more pronounced women. components extracellular matrix collagen types I, III, V, VI. structure varies depending location, size fat, age, gender, state kidneys, thyroid gland, nature food, energy sleep patterns. With intense work cold exposure, hormone irisin formed skeletal muscles, which promotes transformation white or beige, helps reduce body weight obesity, has a beneficial effect type 2 diabetes mellitus associated diseases. Traditionally, obese individuals metabolically healthy unhealthy based degree metabolic disorders. In visceral lipolysis occurs with high intensity, supports development inflammation. decreased expression adiponectin accelerates atherosclerotic cardiovascular As increases, acquires an inflammatory phenotype, manifested by increased cytokines (interleukin-6, interleukin-1, interleukin-17, tumor necrosis factor-alpha), hyperactivation renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, as well excessive cell infiltration immune system (leukocytes, neutrophils, T-lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages). During inflammation tissue, (M1) atherogenic (M4) phenotypes macrophages dominate. morbid number reach up to 50% all cells.

Aim. To assess the possibility of azilsartan medoxomil to achieve target blood pressure (BP) (less than 130/80 mm Hg), study angioprotective features and reduction adipokines levels inflammatory markers in patients with hypertension previous therapy other ARBs. Material methods . In open observational 24 weeks follow-up were included 60 (losartan or valsartan telmisartan). All underwent ambulatory BP monitoring, applanation tonometry (determination augmentation index central BP), measurement pulse wave velocity, laboratory tests (lipid profile, uric acid, fasting glucose, Homeostasis Model Assessment, homocysteine, leptin, adiponectin, highly sensitive C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-6). Results. Azilsartan provided systolic (29,05%, 22,5% 8,9%) diastolic 18,82%, 20,46% 8,54% (p<0,05) previously treated losartan, telmisartan, respectively.
