Although the Internet of Things (IoT), advanced manufacturing technologies, and cloud contribute to developing a digital ecosystem that enhances energy efficiency resource utilization, processes are vulnerable timely production delivery. The systems in Industrial Revolution 4.0 (IR 4.0) minimized human-technology interactions foster productivity material flow. However, there is scarce research gauge these technologies entire process; also, little known about collaborative efforts among countries achieve sustainable performance through digitalization process. Thus, this systematic review aimed highlight effectiveness for product development on subject. The observed spread of coronavirus infection across Russian regions, as a first approximation, obeys the classic laws diffusion innovations. article describes in detail theoretical approaches to analysis social diseases and discusses methodological limitations that reduce possibility predicting such phenomena affect decision-making by authorities. At same time, we believe for most including Moscow, until May 12, 2020, dynamics confirmed cases are reduced delayed reflection actual processes. Thus, introduced self-isolation regime Moscow other agglomerations affected decrease number newly two weeks after its introduction. In accordance with our model, at stage, carriers infected abroad were concentrated regions large coastal border areas high intensity internal external links. Unfortunately, could not be contained, it started growing exponentially country. By mid-April disease all regions; however, remotest least connected parts Russia countries had only isolated cases. mid-May, new began decline, which created prerequisites reducing restrictions on movement residents. However, passing peak epidemic is slower than increase beginning. These facts contradict model; thus, model applicable epidemiological forecasts based empirical data. Using econometric methods, shown different periods diffusion, various characteristics disease. Among these features note population density cities, proximity largest metropolitan areas, higher proportion active frequently traveling part (innovators, migrants), intensive ties within community, well countries. virus has faster where susceptibility diseases, confirms importance region's health capital. initial stage was dominated random factors. The following paper explores the development of a statistically based index evaluating digitalization processes to assess digital divide between regions Kazakhstan: resource-based (oil and gas) where service sector dominates GRP. As method for forming such an indicator, authors suggest using factor analysis, which reduces dimension factors while maintaining reasoning behind significant part data variability. This approach is preferable because formed on basis objective estimates rather than that subjective expert opinion. results analysis were interpreted as two qualitatively different subindices final Economy Society Digitalization Index, namely, regions: subindex consumption by households organizations; service-dominated organizations, labor management processes. combined values calculated allowed us conclude introduction information communication technologies into consumer environment greater activities economic entities. Open innovations are revealed create additional opportunities obtaining new knowledge tools ideas can lead bridging in Kazakhstan. descriptive statistics these draw number conclusions available be used form regional policy. First, population shows fairly homogeneous high level telecommunications services, indicates their availability. Second, majority entities throughout country have successfully passed first stage digitalization, consists use Internet technologies; although, not all them characterized trend toward business Thirdly, most human capital still remains important task.
