ChatGPT has gained significant attention in the higher education sector as it can be applied across a wide range of topics. Despite ChatGPT's versatility offering support various educational disciplines, is still its early stages and requires further exploration to fully utilized effectively education. This systematic literature review aims explore trends, adoption measures, diverse applications, current limitations research systematically analyzed 57 articles published between 2023 2024. study identified trends by providing temporal views, geographical locations, methods used. Furthermore, this explored users' intention adopt use focusing on post-adoption, use, acceptance stages. In 2022, OpenAI's unveiling of generative AI Large Language Models (LLMs)- ChatGPT, heralded a significant leap forward in human-machine interaction through cutting-edge technologies. With its surging popularity, scholars across various fields have begun to delve into the myriad applications ChatGPT. While existing literature reviews on LLMs like ChatGPT are available, there is notable absence systematic (SLRs) and bibliometric analyses assessing research's multidisciplinary geographical breadth. This study aims bridge this gap by synthesising evaluating how has been integrated diverse research areas, focussing scope distribution studies. Through review scholarly articles, we chart global utilisation scientific domains, exploring contribution advancing paradigms adoption trends among different disciplines. Our findings reveal widespread endorsement multiple fields, with implementations healthcare (38.6%), computer science/IT (18.6%), education/research (17.3%). Moreover, our demographic analysis underscores ChatGPT's reach accessibility, indicating participation from 80 unique countries ChatGPT-related research, most frequent keyword occurrence, USA (719), China (181), India (157) leading contributions. Additionally, highlights roles institutions such as King Saud University, All Institute Medical Sciences, Taipei University pioneering dataset. not only sheds light vast opportunities challenges posed pursuits but also acts pivotal resource for future inquiries. In AI literacy education, there are few examples of education based on ethical principles, and limited knowledge exists regarding curriculum design that incorporates principles its effects. Therefore, in this study, we propose a teaches the use large language models (LLM) such as ChatGPT verify impact educational effectiveness technology acceptance among students aged 12 to 24. The validation results show proposed particularly contributes understanding LLM concepts their decision support. We also demonstrate experience using influences level usage. Additionally, 18 may actively adopt responses support, careful consideration is needed when LLMs 12- 18-year-old age group. Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools are revolutionising every aspect of academia, including medical, physical, STEM education. They have also proved their mettle in blended learning systems distance programs by improving educational sustainability, accessibility, engagement. Through this scoping review, we aim to provide an essential overview the state art ChatGPT from standpoint exploring its development, analysing current trajectory, emerging dynamics active research responsible for defining regulations protocols. Purpose This study intends to extend the unified theory of acceptance and use technology (UTAUT) model by integrating perceived enjoyment as an intrinsic motivation so investigate factors influencing Chinese undergraduate English a Foreign Language (EFL) students' intention ChatGPT for learning. Abstract The adoption of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) tools, such as ChatGPT, in higher education presents numerous opportunities and challenges. use GAI technologies various fields, including education, has accelerated technology develops. widely used language model developed by OpenAI, become progressively more important, especially the field education. Abstract Background The use of ChatGPT among university students has gained popularity. current study aimed to assess the factors driving attitude and usage as an example generative artificial intelligence in United Arab Emirates (UAE). Methods This cross-sectional was based on a previously validated technology acceptance model (TAM)-based survey instrument termed TAME-ChatGPT. self-administered e-survey distributed by emails for enrolled UAE universities during September–December 2023 using convenience-based approach. Assessment demographic, academic, TAME-ChatGPT constructs role conducted univariate followed multivariate analyses. Results final sample comprised 608 participants, 91.0% which heard while 85.4% used before study. Univariate analysis indicated that positive associated with three namely lower perceived risks, anxiety, higher scores technology/social influence.
